DOMESTIC VIOLENCE RESTRAINING ORDERS

Ms. Burger has extensive experience obtaining and defending restraining orders.  Often, an order of protection is needed in these highly emotional and volatile cases.  However, Ms. Burger has seen many parties attempt to gain the upper hand in a custody case with false allegations of abuse.  She goes after these other parties vigorously, which has resulted in the falsely accusing party losing custody of their child(ren).
