PROPERTY DIVISION

Judy Burger has extensive experience dividing community assets and liabilities, identifying separate property assets and ensuring her client’s separate assets are confirmed to them.  She has experience in both medium to large estate division. Ms. Burger also understands how to read and litigate complex Business Valuations.   As part of her representation, Ms. Burger has developed long term working relationships with professionals familiar with Family Law.  These include Forensic Accountants and Actuaries, Ligation Real Estate Appraisers, Real Estate Attorneys, Business and Corporate Attorneys, Title Companies, and Real Estate Professionals.
