CHILD CUSTODY

Ms. Burger is known for her years of experience representing parties involved in high conflict custody cases.  This is an area of Family Law that attorneys find difficult and stressful.  Ms. Burger relishes the challenge custody cases bring as she believes she can assist the parties’ children in ensuring that both good parents have a strong bond with their children.  Ms. Burger also believes that children must be protected from dangerous, inappropriate, or abusive behavior of those that interact with them.  She will fight to protect these precious children.
